Escalon Focused Zoning Amendments

De Novo Planning Group prepared an update to the City of Escalon Municipal Code, including Zoning Ordinance provisions, that implemented provisions of the Housing Element, Air Quality, Land Use, and Circulation Elements update prepared by the De Novo team.  The update specifically revised provisions related to growth management procedures, affordable housing (inclusionary program), providing for a variety of housing types, defining uses and terms, and updating permitted uses to clearly address a range of uses and housing types identified by the City.  De Novo provided turnkey services, through preparing the staff report and necessary resolutions and ordinance language and providing the staff presentation to the City Council and Planning Commission.
