Davis Cannery EIR

The De Novo team recently completed a detailed and complex project-level EIR for the Cannery Project in Davis.  The project consists of redevelopment and reuse of a 100-acre industrial site, formerly used as a tomato cannery.  The project includes approximately 550 residential units, 136,000 square feet of mixed commercial and office space, parks, extensive bicycle networks, and urban farm, and a wide range of offsite infrastructure improvements.  The project received an exceptionally high level of public scrutiny, and underwent several significant changes during development of the EIR.  De Novo successfully addressed a wide range of complex environmental issues in the EIR.
