2012 Butte County MTP and SCS EIR

De Novo prepared the 2012 Butte County MTP and SCS EIR for the Butte County Association of Governments. The project was a regionally significant project that affects neighboring Counties and was the first SCS prepared by BCAG. The project included a Green House Gas Emissions analysis, Air Quality Conformity Determination, and extensive public review in conformance with SAFETE-LU requirements.
