De Novo was responsible for preparing a Mitigated Negative Declaration/Categorical Exclusion, Biological studies, Cultural studies, and Noise studies. The project was environmentally cleared within three months of the contract date. De Novo subsequently provided biological monitoring services for the construction phase.
