MacArthur Drive Widening Project

De Novo managed the CEQA/NEPA process for this roadway widening project located in the City of Tracy. The project was federally funded and required Caltrans technical reports in accordance with FHWA protocols including: Archaeological Study Report, Historic Properties Survey Report, Initial Site Assessment, Natural Environmental Study, Noise Study Report, Noise Abatement Design Report, Relocation Impact Report, Traffic Report, 1006 AD, and Visual Impact Assessment.
